Lilac Lets - another property refurbished for a Landlord and a Tenant found. After 6 months of frustration with tradespeople the Landlord asked Lilac Lets to renovate this one bedroomed property to appeal to a broad rental market.
The layout of the property didn't work with no kitchen, the lounge in the smaller of 2 rooms.
Using our own approved Tradespeople we changed the layout by introducing a hallway and changed the largest room previously the bedroom to the new lounge kitchen, only losing 600mm off the width of this room for the kitchen. Lilac Lets then marketed the property, vetted applicants, prepared inventory and Completed the Tenancy Agreement. The ongoing management of the property is always easier when both the property and the new Tenant have been subject to the Lilac Lets Standards.
