Admin Assistant required.
Due to expansion we are seeking a business administration assistant to join our busy office environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual keen to learn and with excellent organisational skills. The role will include day to day administration tasks such as:
- answering and making phone calls
- organising contractors diaries, planning work loads and arranging appointments
- responding to email enquiries and ensuring clients are updated with progress reports
- Inputting jobs into the management system and keeping notes up to date
Candidate requirements
- A friendly telephone manner
- reliable and good time keeping
- a good level of IT competency
- excellent organisational skills
The role is a part time, Mon-Fri position based at our Keighley office. Normal working hours are 9-3 however there could be flexibility for the right candidate. Salary is negotiable dependent on experience and full training will be given.
