🏗️ Major Roof Works completed in Lytham St Annes 🏗️

Rowan are pleased to announce the successful completion of another major re-roofing project with all works completed accordance with the required Building Regulation standard, with the project successfully delivered two weeks ahead of programme and under budget. ✅

The works were completed by JW Kenyon Construction Limited, with Stuart at Rowan taking on Principle Designer duties under CDM, project design and contract administration.

One of the owners has kindly left the below review following on from the works: “Stuart Winstanley at Rowan today signed off on our 24 apartment, quarter of a million pound roof replacement. From start to finish he along with all the staff kept the job on schedule and even ended up finishing 2 weeks early. What a professional team! On behalf of all our Residents, thank-you so much.”👏

A fantastic result for everyone involved, a big thank you to Stuart for all his hard work, JW Kenyon for delivering the works to such a high standard and Amy the property manager for coordination / management throughout.

🏗️ Major Roof Works Completed in Southport

Rowan are pleased to have coordinated the successful completion of a major roof refurbishment at a development in Southport. ✅

The project included the installation of a new Sika waterproofing system 💧, together with upgrades to the existing roof insulation, improving both the building’s long-term protection and thermal performance.

Thank you to all the team at Designed Roof Systems Limited who acted as Principal Contractor, with the Sika roofing system supported by an insurance-backed single-point guarantee. 🛡️

✏️ A big thank you to Stuart at Rowan who successfully project managed the job from the design stage through to completion, delivering the programme within budget! Also to the property manager Tom, who assisted with the major works throughout! ✅

We're delighted to share that last night Rowan Apartment Block & Housing Estate Management won both awards we entered at the ACE Awards – the UK's leading residential property management awards. As a local business with small offices in Kendal and Lytham, serving clients across Cumbria and Lancashire, we were competing against some of the leading firms in the country, most of these based in the London area with massive budgets. With a rigorous judging process and a record number of entries, to win both categories we entered we were absolutely blown away.

This was our first year entering the awards, making the result even more special.

A huge thank you to Amy and Gillian for representing Rowan so brilliantly on the night, to our amazing team whose hard work and genuine care and attention in everything they do made this possible, and to all our clients for their support and wonderful feedback.

We're incredibly proud to be a growing Northern business and to bring these awards back to Lancashire and Cumbria. 🎉

Matt joins us as a Graduate Property Manager Trainee and is already making a great impression. A First-Class English graduate from Lancaster University with several years of management experience, he brings strong communication skills and a thoughtful approach to his work.
He is currently supporting Ed and Connor while contributing to a range of business improvement projects. Outside of work, he enjoys playing darts and watching American football 🏈
