We are really pleased to share some great news from Hall Park, Burneside 😊

Last summer, we worked with Westmorland and Furness Council to speak with residents and children about how they would like to improve the existing play area.

Residents ideas and feedback have been a big part of shaping what has been delivered.

🤝 The new park has been funded by Westmorland and Furness Council , with South Lakes Housing and local residents playing a key role in bringing this project to life alongside partners.

🛝 The play area is now complete and includes a nod to the local area with a ‘Hall Park Shop’ for imaginative play, as well as a range of accessible features so more children can enjoy the space.

🎉 We will be holding a grand opening on Friday 26 June from 3.30pm and everyone is very welcome to come along and celebrate with us
