Great review from a happy seller

Selling and demonstrating are two entirely different things. Our experience in selling my parents house was that the national headline brand agencies just passively demonstrate houses. Julia at Berriman Eaton doesn't do that. Not only did she actually sell our house, she also proactively gave us advice on how to make it easier to sell. Suffice to say, it worked - the house now has some very happy new owners. Thank you very much Julia for your time and experience.

Lovely start to a Monday morning

I was not the client for the estate agent but I was the purchaser of the property they were advertising.

Julia at Beriman Eaton was exceptional. She went above and beyond helping sort enquiries and chasing the solicitors who were inadequate. Without her the chain would have likely broken down due to the solicitors.

If we ever sell our house we will certainly be using Julia so I would fully recommend her.
