Recently achieving practical completion, this once abandoned dairy farm in Berkshire has been transformed into three high-quality, flexible office spaces, complete with accessible WCs, kitchens and modern amenities.

The scheme involved a comprehensive upgrade of the existing building fabric, including a full internal strip-out, structural repairs, new floor slabs and enhanced wall insulation. These works were followed by the installation of new windows and doors, a full roof replacement and upgrade, along with the provision of new mains services and a complete mechanical and electrical fit-out.

Externally, the project included extensive hard landscaping works, delivering new access roads, parking areas and external lighting to support the completed development.

We are proud to have delivered this high-quality renovation and would like to thank the entire project team and all subcontractors involved.

A significant milestone has been achieved on The High Street Project.

Darren Arekion, Managing Director, and Alex Allinson, Commercial Director, were delighted to attend the formal contract signing at All Souls College. Sir John Vickers, The Warden of All Souls College, and David Renton, Estates Bursar, signed the contract by the application of the official College seal with David Scott, Partner at Ridge and Afshan Sohail, Director of Facilities at All Souls College also in attendance.

This moment signals the next chapter in a complex and significant project that will help breathe new life into Oxford’s High Street. Through the sensitive restoration and upgrade of the existing buildings, the scheme will create a vibrant hub for learning above, while supporting the shops and businesses below to continue contributing to the character and vitality of the High Street.

It has been a truly collaborative team approach in getting to this milestone and we look forward to continuing this important work in partnership with All Souls College and the wider project team.

We’re proud to announce the completion of The Kingdom at The Grove, Europe’s first dedicated Golf Fitting Centre.

Delivered in collaboration with The Grove and Taylormade, this bespoke single-storey facility brings together cutting-edge performance and refined, sustainable design. Built using a cross laminated timber frame, the centre provides three advanced fitting bays, each opening directly onto a newly formed three-hectare driving range, alongside a dedicated putting studio, workshop, locker facilities and a private lounge.

Externally, the building integrates facing brickwork with bespoke GRC cladding, complemented by aluminium glazing and roller shutter doors. A single ply roof incorporating a green roof and integrated photovoltaic panels enhances its sustainability credentials, while carefully designed hard landscaping creates a cohesive and functional setting.

A fantastic addition to a prestigious hotel and golf destination, setting a new benchmark for golf performance facilities in Europe. Thank you to all involved in bringing this project to completion.
