Creating a vision for a tired, underused space and transforming it into a dedicated home wellness retreat - what a project and this one was ours!

This space was designed with recovery, relaxation and wellbeing at its heart, featuring a .recovery Infra-Red Sauna and Elite Recovery Ice Bath to create the ultimate restorative environment.

Extensive research was carried out into UK sauna suppliers before selecting the right products to deliver both quality and performance.

A huge thank you to Chris at for undertaking the complete transformation, including the full refit, electrics, flooring, fit-out, and conversion work that brought this vision to life.

From forgotten room to wellness sanctuary — proof that every space has potential.

Well…I have been working on a top secret project. The lovely owners Danny and Christine of Punto Kilmacolm unexpectedly had to close their restaurant after finding a leak under the floor. What was thought to be a small challenge resulted in their lovely business being closed for 12 weeks.

With the full floor needing replaced, this gave them the opportunity to use the time wisely and they decided to make Punto more functional for their team and also undertake a redesign internally. I was only too delighted to support their ideas and design the following:

🤍 Paint palette selection
🤍 Feature wall selection
🤍 Guide install of a more functional bar area
🤍 Help with fabric selection for new bench seating (awaiting install)
🤍 Orange chairs was client preference, I helped source speedy delivery
🤍 A nod to their roots, collating old photos and displaying
🤍 All interior styling and artwork

Danny and Christine were keen to retain all of the original features that make Punto the place customers know and love, so all exposed brick and original wood panels retained. Thanks to Chris the manager for herb idea 😉. Time was of the essence in this project and on final styling day it was lovely to spend time with the fab Punto team.

Thanks to Danny and Christine for trusting in me.

I’m delighted they’ve had a busy first weekend since reopening and hope you all enjoyed the ambiance created by the new interior. Oh and have you heard about their new homemade pastas - Sorprendente! 🤍🍝 🇮🇹

My ongoing project is progressing well. Following a recent site visit, all designs for each of the four ensuite bedrooms and the grand open plan lounge have now been approved.

Regular calls with the team based at Machrihanish Golf Club and the contractors allows me to give quick answers to queries and make decisions are key. It’s a 7.5 hour round trip by car afterall, but now one of my favourite places and people to visit ⛳️.

A timeless design that has used the natural outdoor environment to help select the colour palette with high-end furniture selections will make for the perfect space for golfing guests to lay their heads when they come to stay.

An ongoing pleasure to work on this project 🤍

Project Peacock in motion.

In a bold move from my client - he stripped his new home back to the bare bones and started again. When the vision is there, it’s easier to take this brave step.

What started as a stripped-back shell became a study in monochrome done right. By layering soft beiges, warm neutrals, deep blacks and cashmere tones, I created a palette that shifts throughout the day, working with the natural light rather than against it.

Sunlight lifts the lighter tones, enhancing the sense of space, while the darker accents ground each room with depth and quiet drama. The result is a home that feels open, balanced and effortlessly luxurious = proof that monochrome is anything but flat. 🖤

A full renovation story, captured from first site visit to final install… and just the beginning of what this new home has to offer for my client .

No moodiness in this monochrome interior, just layers of calm, confidence and quiet luxury.

Project Peacock was born from a clear and focused client brief: monochrome tones, clean lines, investment-worthy pieces and a tight timeline to complete a full renovation ahead of move-in day. Challenge gratefully accepted and it was a pleasure to work with my returning client once again.

I curated a palette of soft beiges, warm neutrals, deep blacks and cashmere tones to create a home that feels effortlessly refined while still welcoming and liveable.

Every finish, fixture, and furnishing was selected with longevity and quality in mind — proof that minimal doesn’t mean minimal impact. Every decision also lent itself to a little nod to future resale which was important for my client.

This project forms part of a full home renovation (and yes… there’s much more to come — keep an eye out for the upcoming reel 👀).

And to preserve the calm, polished perfection…no house parties allowed 😂 🤍

Had to join in! Been a tad quiet over here as we’ve had some family matters which have shot to the top of my priority list (as they should 💚).
Anyway following the ‘caricature trend’ has me surrounded by all things teal, many a notebook and everything appropriately co-ordinated, or ‘just so’ which is my thing. The first image had a glass over Prosecco in my hand and naturally I do not drink on the job 🤦🏼‍♀️😂.
Work-wise….
🤍 Project Peacock final orders completed, photoshoot pending - it’s such a wow!
🤍 Machrihanish Golf Club - samples arriving (daily 😂), designs happening
🤍 Project Campbell - liaising with stove companies, designs completed

I’m so grateful to plan my business around what truly matters - my husband, daughter and our family 🤍

Beautiful light today and perfectly suited for some work on fabric selection for the bedrooms of their new onsite holiday accommodation. These bedrooms are of an amazing size, all with ensuite - the perfect place to lay your head after a busy day on the golf course.

At the moment I’m bringing together fabrics for wall coverings, bed upholstery and window treatments. My palette for this project is inspired by the stunning natural beauty of the Atlantic Ocean, the beach and ofcourse the golf course itself. In this palette you will find a blend of sea-foam, duck egg (by special request 😂) and muted taupes and beiges just like driftwood. All in all the perfect combination to evoke the serene beauty of this stunning coastal peninsula and provide a post-golf sanctuary.
