Who are we? And what do we do?

Well, we are a property company first and foremost but there are different areas of property that we cover which are;

✅ (Sourcing Only) we find properties for clients looking to buy, specifically tailored to their requirements and budgets for our standard fee.

✅ (Sourcing and project management) as above we find the properties for clients however the transaction doesn’t end there, we manage the whole process from taking possession, to refurbishment, bringing it up to a great standard before selling on for profit or finding a tennant to rent. all on behalf of the the client who doesn’t have to lift a finger or spend anytime on it.

And then there’s the investment side of things;

✅(Buy, Refurb, Refinance, Rent or BRRR for short) this is for people looking to make money on their money. We use your cash to buy outright, properties that need a little TLC and have massive potential for below the market value, we refurbish the property to a high standard, new kitchens, bathrooms etc adding value. We then refinance onto a mortgage pulling out all of your cash and your interest. For example, we buy a house needing major work for £70k we spend £30k on refurbishment and the new end value is £160k. Of the 160 the bank will give us a 75% mortgage = allowing us to pay you back all of your cash £100k PLUS £10k in interest as we offer 10% returns. Find a bank offering 10% interest in as little as a 6months time scale🤷🏻‍♂️

✅And lastly the good old Buy, refurb and sell. Exactly the same as the BRRR but no messing about with mortgages at the end. We use your cash, We buy it, refurb it adding value, and sell it on for profit. We can offer upto 12% returns on these projects.

All of which is done without you having to spend a minute on it. We do all the graft, all the paperwork so you don’t have to.
