Born in Glasgow and raised in Ayrshire, Carol is passionate about changing the
face of estate agency by offering an exceptional personal experience. Carol
already owns a local Lettings Agency in itsโ seventh year and has vast
knowledge and experi
ence in the property industry throughout Ayrshire. She
is fully committed to turning home buying and selling into a positive, easy
experience, putting all her clients needs, goals and aspirations at the forefront
of everything she does. Carol decided to get back into Estate Agency as she felt that the traditional
estate agency experience was less than inspiring and she knew that the service
she could offer would be far greater than her clients could expect from others. Communication and understanding her clients aspirations has always been at
the top of her agenda when dealing with her client landlords and she knows
that she can offer this same high level of service to clients looking to buy and
sell properties. Relationship building, trust and putting her clients first is at the
heart of her business, adding value to their life and the local community. She
is available at anytime for help and advice and she is the only person that her
