What does Árdanach mean? 'Árdanach' comes from the Gaelic for high aspiration, proud, passionate - everything that the founder feels about her company's service. The founder, Carol Dickie has been deeply involved in lettings since 1997 when she and her husband became the owners of five buy-to-let flats in Ayrshire. She became so interested in the industry that she gave up her position as an Export Sales Administrator to work for a local letting agent. Since that time, Carol has progressed within the industry and now after gaining experience and taking three different letting offices from start up as Business Development Manager, she decided it was time to branch out on her own and so Árdanach Lettings was born. Proudly independent and an expert in residential property management covering the West Coast of Scotland, Árdanach is customer service driven and leads the way in high standards of presentation, safety and management.
