We are looking for an experienced letting agent to join us on a part-time to support Natasha and Kayleigh in day-to-day operations across the agency, serving King’s Lynn and the surrounding area.
Sometimes you’ll be offering admin support, making sure our records are robust and compliant across our portfolio.
At other times you’ll be out on viewings or processing tenancy applications to match tenants to our available homes and to make the moving process as smooth as possible.
Or you might find yourself using your understanding of lettings legislation and local market knowledge to advise a landlord of their best options when it comes to pricing, rent increases, maintenance needs, safety standards and tenant requests.
You’ll need to be highly organised, well-motivated, a great team player and with excellent communication skills and you’ll be able to empathetically apply legislative requirements into real-life situations.
As an independent agency we set high standards to provide the best for our clients. Our landlords and tenants are people first and we take care to remember the details of each let. It’s important that people trust us too, so not only are we a Propertymark-accredited agency, each member of our team is qualified and registered as a Propertymark member. Combined it means we can meet professional standards with a personal touch.
We need someone with agency experience who can hit the ground running. You also need a UK driving licence and your own car.
