I could write a typical, long sales post about how many homes I've sold over the past 25+ years, the prices I've achieved and the thousands of people of I have helped - but that's not a bio. First of all I'm a family man who loves to dream big, a movie geek with a passion for cooking and not afraid to jump out of a plane at 12,000ft to help raise money for charity. I was born in Maidstone and throughout my adult life, have chosen to work and live within the surrounding villages, setting our roots within West Malling - a place we call home. because they offer a way of life, an escape from the hustle & bustle and I love the culture, the people, the range of independent retailers, coffee shops, cafe's, restaurants and where the local business owner can thrive through the support of the community. My estate agency career began in 1996 with Wards (known as Ward & Partners back then) where I spent over 22 years rising through the ranks to an area management role before working with another large firm locally. for starters, none of us are getting any younger and I constantly advise my children to always follow their dreams so I am doing the same. Together, we run Reynolds Estates Ltd, based in Kings Hill, a place we call home and from which we cover all local areas where I personally have 30 years of experience looking after the local villages.

I founded our agency because moving home is one of life’s biggest emotional milestones, and too often it’s treated like nothing more than a transaction and I’ve seen how easily people can feel reduced to being just a number on a spreadsheet. Selling your home should feel personal. It should feel considered. It should feel like someone is genuinely in your corner from the first conversation to the moment the keys change hands.

That’s why we chose to build a local, independent family‑run business that does things differently. We intentionally keep our client list small, our marketing standards high, and our involvement hands on from day one. After six long months of pushing, hoping and holding this chain together, yesterday came down to the kind of deadline you never forget. By 5pm, the buyer would either be moving home… or the entire chain would collapse.

12pm passed.
1pm passed.
2pm, 3pm, 4pm - nothing..... and then Just as all hope was slipping away, the call finally came. With minutes left on the clock, we exchanged and completed simultaneously - a six month journey decided in less than ten minutes!

It’s been a long journey for everyone involved, and I’m grateful to both seller and buyer for holding their nerve.
