Last week, we celebrated Easter with an egg hunt across all our Office Space in Town centres. It was a wonderful way for our clients to take a short break from their desks and enjoy some festive fun together.

At Office Space in Town, we believe that creating a friendly community is just as important as providing a great place to work. These small events are a big part of what makes our buildings feel like more than just an office.

Today our Managing Director Georgia Sandom joined an excellent panel at the NORNORM New Year, New Norms: What to Expect from the Workplace in 2026.

Alongside Harriet De Freitas (Avison Young), Will Kinnear (HEWN) and Ryan Jans (WeWork), the discussion explored how the workplace continues to evolve moving beyond mandates and towards more intentional, flexible and human-led office strategies.

The discussion brought together voices from across the flexible workspace and CRE sector to reflect on the lessons from 2025 and explore what’s ahead for the workplace from the next phase of flex and changing occupier expectations, to sustainability and long-term portfolio performance.
