We are pleased to share that our Co-Founder Giles Fuchs Fuchs is co-hosting a Tribe at CREAM UK on 23 June at Fulham Pier, London!

Giles will be joining the Flex and Partnerships Tribe for a session on Building a Flex Business That Lasts: The Model, the Margins and the Lessons Still Being Written.

The flex office market has evolved enormously over the past few years and there are still so many questions worth asking openly. What does a sustainable flex model actually look like? Where are the margins really coming from? And what lessons are still being learned across the industry? It promises to be a really frank and valuable conversation.

Looking forward to the conversation alongside Alan Pepper (Orega), Jonny Rosenblatt (Spacemade), Rupert Dean (x+why), Emma Padget (The Portman Estate) and Phuong Truong (WeWork). Plus the host James Tizzard (Modern Networks Ltd)

We are excited to share that our Managing Director Georgia Sandom is co-hosting a Tribe at CREAM UK on 23 June at Fulham Pier, London!

Georgia will be joining the Leasing and CX Tribe for a discussion on Specification, Service, Story: What Actually Leases a Prime Office in 2026?

It is one of the most relevant conversations happening in commercial real estate right now. Occupiers are choosing with more rigour and less patience than ever before. Product matters but so does everything around it. The session gets into the real detail of what is genuinely moving deals in 2026 and where owners are still falling short.

With so much noise in the market it is great to see discussions like this that cut through to what actually matters. We are looking forward to hearing what comes out of the room!

Last week, we celebrated Easter with an egg hunt across all our Office Space in Town centres. It was a wonderful way for our clients to take a short break from their desks and enjoy some festive fun together.

At Office Space in Town, we believe that creating a friendly community is just as important as providing a great place to work. These small events are a big part of what makes our buildings feel like more than just an office.
