Today's job.. We have washed down all of the houses facia's and guttering, we then applied anti fungal solution to the walls and finished off with a wash of stabilising solution. Now we leave this to dry overnight ready for painting tomorrow. AGTC Plumbing and Heating

Emergency call out to a customer who's toilet had fallen through the chipboard flooring due to a leak in the pan connector which had gone unnoticed. They had called yesterday and was attended to immediately then the full repair work was carried out 24 hours later. Customer was very happy with the new flooring laid and toilet installed. 👍🏻

A full rip out of a kitchen underway all appliances and units have now been removed ready for the installation of new units, work tips and appliances.

More photos from the day today once the bathroom floor had been lifted and removed we then had to inspect the lounge floor which was clear that it had problems and we were not wrong!

All of the joists in the room has wet rot, dry rot and woodworm combined resulting at the end in the main joist collapsing due to it being eaten away at!

The photos show the extent of the work that is now required to get the house up and running.

On the upside we discovered the old cellar below and fireplaces which was lovely from an historic perspective as they had just been covered and forgotten.

Bathroom refurbishment underway!

All the existing sanitary appliances have being removed due to the flooring below had sunk therefore needing an inspection.
All the flooring has now been lifted to discover the joists have been affected by dry rot and woodworm.
Full inspection and report is being carried out as we speak ready for the re-instatement of new joists and flooring.
Once this is completed all tiles removed and walls re skimmed ready for the new bathroom suite. AGTC Plumbing and Heating

Customer requested Stud wall to be built, boarded and skimmed, then create a new door opening so they can access through the hallway and insulate the house more, movement and installation of a radiator carried out to the opposite wall. Very happy customer. Please contact for a free quotes

Job started this morning.. taking of all of the render to the front of the flat. Inspect all of the timber framing for any rot after so fingers crossed for the customer on the condition of timber.
