Over the past 12 months, 44,773 lots were offered at UK property auctions, raising more than £6.09 billion.

However, as David Sandeman from Essential Information Group - Property Auctions highlights, success rates have slipped, with national conversion dropping to 64.7% in July.

With more properties entering auctions, helping buyers get through the front door for hassle-free viewings and open houses is key to turning interest into completed sales.
