We’re experts in presenting property, showing it off to its best potential and making sure that purchasers can easily see how much effort a seller has put into creating a home and how a landlord has made their premises ready for someone to move into. Our property management team look after every type of property from one bedroom flats to executive detached houses. We take the hassle out of letting and managing. We advise landlords on rent levels, we market the property and always accompany whenever someone wants to view, we take references and fulfil all the necessary statutory requirements, we prepare inventories and set up tenancy agreements. We collect rents, sort out repairs and act as a first point of contact for tenants. We’ve got an Out of Hours emergency number too. Please remember that no one likes being disturbed at the weekend so only ring this for genuine emergencies.
