This Sunday we welcome Hessle Sporting Club Panthers to Eastmount!

This a the game the full team have been waiting for after Hessle held us to a 1-1 draw earlier on in the season, been the only team to stop us take all 3 points so far. We know this is going to be a tough game but everyone is up for this one and can’t wait to try and get the result we want this time around!

Up the ravens 🐦‍⬛

This week we travel to St Mary Queen of Martyrs School to take on Flinton Flyers!

After an entertaining game earlier on this season which was played in a fantastic spirit by both teams, we’re really looking forward to this game in what should be another great game!

This weekend sees us back on Eastmount after 4 weeks without a home game!

This Sunday we take on high flying Westella & Willerby AFC as we look to build on last weekends excellent victory to stay at the top of the table!

Today we welcomed Riley Rangers Lions to Eastmount as we looked to make it 6 wins in 6 games in the league.
The game started well and you could see both teams were well up for this game and fully committed with strong challenges going in as both teams battled to control the middle of the pitch.
Ravens looked to get the upper hand early on and Fin BW finished brilliantly from a Frankie pass on 7 minutes to make it 1-0.
We kept pushing and Frankie again assisted with a lovely pass to Harrison B who finished brilliantly at the near post.
Riley Rangers kept battling and refused to give up & pulled 1 back in the 17th Min to make it 2-1
We kept going and kept pushing on and got our reward in the 23rd min as Frankie fed the ball into Fin BW who coolly finished making it 3-1.
Unfortunately we couldn’t keep the 2 goal cushion and Riley attacked again and put our defence under pressure to force an error and make the score line 3-2 going into half time!
The 2nd half started the same way, with both teams trying to control the game, with some brilliant individual battles happening all over the pitch.
Fin BW again pressured defenders well, winning the ball back and scoring his 3rd to make it 4-2!
Riley Rangers again came back at us and managed to reduce the deficit again with a nice finish at the back post to make it 4-3
The Ravens refused to let their heads drop though and kept pushing trying to use our pace and movement to create chances and we soon got our reward with Henry playing a ball over the top which Harrison B got onto the end of, sliding in to put the ball past the keeper.
A few minutes later Henry played another ball over, this time it was Mollie who burst through and into the box calmly putting the ball past the keeper to make it 6-3!

Full credit to Riley Rangers, we fully enjoyed this game, they battled the full match and didn’t give us a moments rest, playing like that they’ll trouble most teams.
