From a bare patch after the customer removed a very rotten deck, to this!
A couple of days to produce a 15 sqm boxed and raised deck on a sloping plot.
Pleased how this one turned out 😀👍

This garden had different fence panels on each of the 3 sides, different styles and sizes, not to mention, rotten.
Replaced with new featheredge panels into existing posts to give a more uniformed style and height.
Also increased the height of some 1.2m posts using post extenders which worked out nicely and finished with a new gate.

A super productive 5 hours.
9m of Hawthorn hedge and roots dug out.
Supplied and planted new Cherry Laurel hedge and finished with screened topsoil.
Super pleased with how this turned out.

A rather rotten garage gable end stripped back and clad in tanelised shiplap.

A quick and effective makeover of a back and front garden carried out over the last 2 days
Soleirolia dug out in rear garden, Glyphosate applied, sleeper surrounds installed with charcoal stepping stones and 130gsm commercial membrane installed. Finished with 20mm limestone.
Same detail on front section to create a crisp, low maintenance finish.

A little picket fence and gate completed today.

After my customer experienced security breaches at her property, we came up with a plan to upgrade.
An old 6ft fence and gate removed, additional supports fitted to create an 8ft fence.
Also fabricated a new 8ft gate with long throw gate lock.
Super pleased with how this one turned out.
Now time for a little holiday.

After completing some fencing for a fabulous customer yesterday, I arrived today to finish the work and make a gate.
I was horrified to find some complete lizard had decided to graffiti the new fence within 8 hours.
According to this apparent artist, there is 'Anarky in the UK'. Let's be honest, this imbecile is hardly Banksy is he?
My customer, an NHS worker had saved for months to have this work carried out, only to arrive home today and find this casual criminal damage.

Another productive day here at Scott Property Maintenance.
Some decidedly rotten gates remove along with the adjacent fence.
Replaced with 3m double gates with long throw lock and new fencing.
