TRUE STORY
Last year we quoted to stage 2 identical properties, next door but one to each other, however, both owned by different people. The first went ahead immediately, so we staged, and the property had an offer accepted within 8 weeks.

The second was very hesitant and decided to continue marketing the property vacant and reduce the price.

I have just come across this very property on Rightmove, and yes it's still on the market! 😱 not only that, but the owner has switched to the same agent several months ago that sold the first property thinking THEY'RE doing something different for their fee. The property has also been reduced by a whopping £30,000!!!!!! 😱

Our Client has been able to move on with their life, and probably not even given this former rental a second thought.

Property number 2 is no doubt a monthly stress for the owner, not only is the house still not sold, but the cost of the ongoing bills (council tax, standing charges for utilities, and mortgage payments) has easily exceeded the cost of staging.

We know that this house would have sold staged, however as the saying goes, you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink. 🤷‍♀️

Surprisingly it's actually quite difficult to get reviews.
Our clients are always extremely happy with our work, and even though they agree to write us a review, it doesn't always happen. 🙈

Whilst we understand it's probably not on your list of priorities, but for us and many other businesses trying to scale up, reviews not only provide valuable feedback, they build trust and reassurance for future clients.

Sometimes it's the little improvements that make the biggest difference.

We've been busy installing new shelving in our warehouse, and whilst it might not be the most glamorous side of home staging, having the right systems behind the scenes helps us deliver beautiful results for every property we stage.
