Big job we have just done for a customer in a factory and he was very happy with the outcome. First we did a Full floor prep witch included being shot blasted and edge ground , we then primed the full building before we marked out and painting the paths for the forklifts and also for the storage area in a nice bright yellow , we then painted every where els in a nice grey with a foot path and zebra crossing done in green. Preperation( step 1) The absolute first step before applying the epoxy coating, is to prep your floor. It is essential that we clean your floor thoroughly. If when were working on a concrete base, we fill in any cracks or patch areas that need care before we start to clean. Once the damages, if any, have been repaired, it’s time to clean. Be sure to catch any areas we might overlook while preparing the epoxy coat. Oil spots will need to be removed and the floor will need to be degreased. Once the floor is cleaned properly we will vacuum thoroughly to rid of any remaining dust and debris.
