🚿 Bathroom & Wetroom Transformation 🚿
Another transformation completed by JD Property Maintenance 🔨
This bathroom needed a make over. We stripped back the existing areas, carried out the necessary preparation and transformed the space into a clean, modern and discreet wetroom.
✨ What we achieved: • Marble-effect wall and floor tiling
• Brushed bronze shower fittings
• Brushed bronze controls and accessories
• Wetroom floor and discreet linear drain
• New bathroom fittings and vanity area
• radiator fitted
The difference between the before and after really shows what can be achieved with the right preparation and attention to detail. 👌
There is just a small section of painting on the rear wall left to finish, which the homeowner will be completing themselves.

🏠 A little before & after… 👀
Sorry I’ve been radio silent lately! 🙈
We’ve been absolutely flat out getting this property up to standard and there simply hasn’t been much time for posting.
This one was a BIG transformation 😮‍💨💪
When we started, there was a lot to tackle — damaged flooring, walls needing extensive preparation, mould and dirt, damaged woodwork, unfinished areas, damaged fittings, poor carpet fitting and plenty of making-good needed throughout.
We’ve put in a lot of hours, hard work and attention to detail to get everything back into a clean, finished and presentable condition.
The before & after photos really do speak for themselves! 👀👇
We have come a long way from where we started.
A massive thank you to everyone who has kept recommending us and supporting the business while we’ve been quiet. ❤️
