We recently transformed this space into a bespoke bedroom - glam-suite, designed specifically for my daughter. She just received her first human hair wig donated by the wonderful Little Princess Trust—doesn’t she look absolutely stunning? 😍 (Thankfully, she has older brothers 🤣)

To make it perfect, I built a custom wig stand and a 'huge' bespoke mirrored wardrobe with integrated lighting and specialist flooring—perfect for those morning hair and makeup 'crises'! 💄✨

We stripped everything back, leveled the floors, and fitted this stunning new space. 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 a 𝕝𝕦𝕩𝕦𝕣𝕚𝕠𝕦𝕤 waterfall shower with a screen, modern toilet/sink suite, 𝕨𝕒𝕥𝕖𝕣𝕡𝕣𝕠𝕠𝕗 𝕋𝕍, and a bespoke tiled niche for that custom touch.
𝑭𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒉𝒆𝒅 with a new radiator, bright downlights, heated electric mirror and practical PVC skirting.

𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙩 𝘽𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙢 𝙍𝙚𝙣𝙤𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨: 𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝘾𝙖𝙣 𝙎𝙚𝙚 (𝘼𝙣𝙙 𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘽𝙚𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙒𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙨)

Looking for a bathroom that's as durable as it is beautiful? We specialise in full-service refurbishments, handling everything from complex plumbing rerouting to high-end finishing touches.

𝑻𝒐𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝑷𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑴𝒊𝒏𝒅: We identified and resolved hidden plumbing leaks and damaged plaster, applying a fresh sand and cement render for a perfectly flat, moisture-resistant base.

𝑳𝒐𝒘 𝑴𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆: We used high-quality Aqua Panels to provide a 100% waterproof, hygienic alternative to traditional tiling. Grout-free and mould-resistant, aqua panels are a low maintenance, easy cleaning alternative to tiles.

𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒕𝒆 𝑹𝒆𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒉: A new quadrant shower cubicle, level flooring for fresh lino, and a skimmed ceiling with integrated downlights, finished with modern UPVC skirtings.

𝑩𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒌𝒆 𝑳𝒂𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒔: This project was designed by D22 specifically for our client’s requirements.
