Feeling so grateful today ❤️

After 13 years, I finally got to catch up with Tina my incredible former teacher from Windsor High School & Sixth form, and honestly, some people just never stop being inspiring. When I was struggling at school, she never gave up on me. She put in so much time, energy, and heart to make sure I didn’t just get by, but that I pushed myself to do better. I’ll never forget that.

Now, seeing her and Dave in this new chapter of their lives is just amazing. Together in retirement, they’re dedicating their time to running a charity focused on drinking awareness and helping people in the community overcome addiction, and it’s genuinely making a difference. The passion they’ve always had for helping others hasn’t faded one bit, it’s just grown into something even bigger.

People like Tina and Dave are what make communities stronger, kinder, and more hopeful. Truly two of the most selfless people I know.

It was so lovely to catch up, hear about everything they’re doing, and even hear how their son (who was in my year!) is getting on in life. Time really does fly.

Moments like this remind you how much certain people shape your journey 💙
