Our Story

Since our founding in 2006 we have built over 75 beautiful eco houses, using the latest in energy- saving techniques as well as using smart technology. Each build allows for bespoke tailoring, providing our customers with the freedom to choose materials, room layouts and customise their home for their own needs. We also provide renovation and extension services to customers around central Scotland.

We manage the entire process with our clients, from the design stage to build, providing a welcome peace of mind.

All homes are warranted and built to the latest specification and regulation.

We choose our development sites carefully, offering beautiful views in rural settings but with a sense of community.
