Afternoon everyone 😀

Please remember there is going to be a local meeting with MP Lee Anderson at the top of Abby Road adjacent the farm/field access gate this Friday 04/08/23 at 11am.
If people would like to attend, discuss and put the local people views across on this matter of the new 45 houses and new access road it would be greatful. With the current responce there has been at least 180 objections!

Morning everyone 😊
I don't know if people are aware but there are even more houses trying to be built in kirkby ontop off all the others that have already been passed. These supposed 45 houses are in a green belt field that was a beautiful meadow with some protected wildlife living but recently been scrubbed and poisoned by the farmer killing the extensive amount of wildlife within.
I would kindly ask if anyone is of objection as the council has not posted any local plans/notices to passes by or uses of this area and have very limited selected letters to locals posted though their doors.
To put in a objection please use the ashfield district council planning portal

Ref V/2023/0312 dated 03/07/23 Mr and Mrs Armstrong top coxmoor farm,

Closing date is the 26/07/23 (sorry for short dead line but not been given much notice ourselves)
