📍 **Hybrid role** – working from home, our NG17 base and out on-site at properties

🚗 **Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required**
💻 Laptop, mobile phone and equipment provided
🏡 Varied role – no two days are the same

This is a busy and rewarding role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and keeping things moving. You’ll be dealing with landlords, tenants, contractors and applicants, helping to manage the day-to-day running of a growing lettings portfolio across Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas.

Your role will include:

✅ Managing phone and email enquiries
✅ Booking viewings, inspections and contractor appointments
✅ Progressing tenancy applications and move-ins
✅ Completing referencing and Right to Rent checks
✅ Preparing tenancy and compliance documents
✅ Arranging gas, electrical, EPC and other compliance checks
✅ Monitoring maintenance and following jobs through to completion
✅ Updating Alto, Goodlord, Dropbox and our internal systems
✅ Supporting landlords, tenants and the wider team

We’re looking for someone who is:

⭐ Highly organised
⭐ Confident on the phone
⭐ Calm under pressure
⭐ Able to manage their own workload
⭐ Good with technology and quick to learn new systems
⭐ Accurate with spelling, grammar and record keeping
⭐ Positive, friendly and professional
⭐ Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

Lettings, estate agency, property management, Alto, Goodlord, inspection or administration experience would be a real advantage.

We’re a welcoming team with a strong family-business ethos. Full training and support will be provided, along with the opportunity for the right candidate to work towards an **NVQ Level 3** qualification.
