The role is working along side our Lettings Co-ordinator in the repairs department. You will need to be happy liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors via phone and email, be computer literate and be able to juggle several tasks at once. You need to be able to report in detail issues or repairs tenants have so communication between all parties must be clear and concise.
Some duties include
Reporting repairs

Instructing contractors

Managing the Letting Co-ordinators Diary

Arranging Routine Inspections

Day to day admin duties including filing

Full time 35 hours per week 9.30 - 5.

We are looking for a new member to join our busy lettings office in Kirkby in Ashfield.

The role oversees our application process, referencing and finally signing up tenants to their new properties. You will need to be happy liaising with applicants and landlords via phone and email, be computer literate, attention to detail is paramount with in putting data and generating documents. You will be front of house so customer service is also key.
Some duties include
Typing up Inventories
Preparing Tenancy Agreements and other legal documents ready for sign up
Arranging Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Condition Reports and Energy Performance Certificates if needed.
Arranging Viewings
Expereince not necessary as full training will be given. Immediate Start. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running.

This is a full time position hours 9.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday
