e highest level letting service to our clients. Our area covers the West Fife from Kirkcaldy, Glenrothes, West & East Wemyss , Thornton, Lochgelly, Cardenden, Kinghorn and Burntisland. Our lettings success has produced many awards in our industry, we were shortlisted "Scotland's Best 10" for the ESTAS 2010 in London voted for by our customers and the NLA (National Landlords Association) "Property Woman of the Year Award 2010" in London. Out of 170+ offices nationwide, the office has also been awarded at the company’s Annual Dinner meeting the following awards; Runner up - “Best Established Business” 2006, Runner Up - Best Mature Franchise” 2007, Runner Up “Franchisee of the Year” 2007. Runners up for the “Best Mature Office” 2008 and “Best Financial Turnover Award” 2008, beaten by Nottingham City and London office. “Runners Up” award for “Best Established Business” 2009. We are members of Scottish Association for Landlords, National Landlord Association, Fife Chamber of Commerce and are on the Fife Council Landlord Registration database. We also work closely with institutions in the area, building trust and positive word of mouth to ensure a steady flow of new properties and tenants .
