3 mortgages completed for new first time buyers ✅

4 clients switched onto better mortgage rates as their fixed rate had ended ✅

2 clients now with full life insurance and critical illness cover in place to protect their families in the event of illness or death ✅

One new self employed client with a new Income Protection policy in place should covering them should they ever be off work ✅

Monday, a new week begins, and we wait for the new deals that will be brought out this week. At the moment the mortgage world feels like it is on shifting sands, everyday lenders are changing criteria or rates, and it feels like everything is constantly moving and changing. This is the mortgage world just now, but it does not have to impact you if you want to move home or change your current rate. My job is to find and advise you on what is available and to make sure it fits your needs. Morning folks as the mortgage market goes crazy an important message is DONT PANIC, the mortgage rates will increase however your first port of call is to speak to a mortgage adviser, this is not a time to jump into a new rate without advise, Talk to a Mortgage adviser you may be better with a tracker rate, you only have to ask the right person.

Hi folks I have not posted for 2 weeks as I had both my feet operated on and was unable to walk, this is an improving situation and now I am back to work. So my first bit of advice on the mortgage markets is DO NOT PANIC!!!!
I have been arranging mortgages for over 20 years and this is just another bump in the road. Mortgage lenders will bring their mortgage rates back , a bit higher but it will sort its self out in time.
If you are worried or need advice just ask me.
