Walls in both spaces finished off in Heritage Velvet matt Flax Seed.✅️

Feature panelling finished off in Heritage Velvet matt Raw Cashmere.✅️

Mdf cloak cupboard fully prepped & primed.✅️

All woodwork finished off in Aqua Guard white satin.✅️

Another job completed this past week.

Kitchen & dining room.

Wallpaper stripped in dining room & prepped.✅️

Cracks in dining room ceiling raked out/filled & skrim taped.✅️

Bare plaster mist coated above picture rails & ceilings finished off in Ultra matt white.✅️

Woodwork prepped/sanded & cleaned between coats.✅️

Woodwork was undercoated and finished with 2x coats of Aqua guard satin.✅️

Walls sized & crosslined with wallrock fibreliner.✅️

Bookcase had never been prepped and just had gloss slapped ontop of gloss so had to strip layers back then primed/undercoated and finished off in Aqua guard satin Sage green.✅️

Wallpaper installed to both rooms.✅️

Wallpaper stripped and walls sanded & primed.✅️

Bedroom ceiling finished in Obliterate matt to cover that dark ceiling and brighten the room up.✅️

Office and wash closet walls finished off in Little Green Mochi tinted into clean extreme.✅️

Woodwork and sink vanity unit finished off in Little Green Nether Red 315 tinted into Aqua guard satin.✅️

Completed this bathroom & lounge yesterday.

Been on and off this one waiting for other trades but finally finished.

9 days in total!

Bathroom ceiling had 14 cracks in such a small space!

It's always the small spaces that take more time than people realise if you are prepping correctly.

All prep work undertaken as usual.✅️

Bathroom ceiling finished off in Permawhite.✅️

Lounge ceilings finished in Ultra matt white.✅️

Lounge walls finishing off in Farrow & balls Douter tinted into Crown clean extreme.✅️

All woodwork finished off in Aqua guard satin.✅️

Sockets & switches yet to be switched out.

Doors are being custom made due to odd sizes so finish those throught the property once fit in a month or so.

Been back to this job over the weekend now the new panelling/cupboard and banister have been installed.

Cupboard finished of in white & satin woodwork.✅️

Panelling finished in Clean Extreme anthracite Grey.✅️

Banister prepped and finished off with a clear satin varnish.✅️

Back next month to do the anex & living room.
