May - Employee of the Month

This month, we’re recognising John Tudor for his outstanding contribution to the team and his continued commitment to delivering quality on site.

John has been a key part of the team from the very beginning of our restoration project at Llanfoi Cottage, helping to drive the project forward through every stage. From managing day-to-day site operations to getting hands-on wherever needed, he has played an important role in keeping progress on track while maintaining the high standards we expect across all HSP projects.

A true construction all-rounder, John brings a wealth of knowledge, practical experience and problem-solving ability to every task. Whether coordinating works, supporting the team, or tackling challenges on site, his reliability and attention to detail never go unnoticed.

MAY ROUND UP

Another strong month across our projects, with progress continuing on everything from Grade II listed restoration works and specialist clinical spaces to extensions, landscaping and period property upgrades.

Traditional methods, attention to detail and quality workmanship remain at the centre of every HSP project as sites continue moving into their next phases.

With multiple projects progressing across site, we managed to catch up with Ellis, one of our brickworkers, to recognise the contribution he continues to make across the business.

Llanfoi Cottage continues to progress with a careful back-to-brick and stone restoration, preserving the integrity of this Grade II listed building while preparing it for the future.

Using traditional methods and specialist craftsmanship, works include lime-based mortar applications and sympathetic stone repair and laying techniques, all carried out in line with listed building regulations and conservation standards.
