This is why I love living in the residential end of the site. What's not to love ❤️
The site is beginning a new chapter.
Upgrades and improvements have started. We have a lot to do but getting in right at the start of the journey is exciting.
The ride-on lawnmower is being repaired (can't wait until the cut grass can be lifted again), the toilet/shower blocks new boiler is going in and the road around the seasonal, touring, campervan and tent end is being upgraded.

A great you tube video from guests we had at the weekend. Sometimes you don't appreciate where you live until you see it through visitors eyes.
New Park signs will be going up soon...and so the regeneration of the Park begins.

What a lovely review I received today.

We had a lovely weekend at Clyde Valley Campsite. Our pitch was flat, grassy, and very peaceful, with beautiful views all around. The electric hook-up was a great addition.

Lisa, the Site Manager, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. She recommended some lovely walks and gave us helpful information about the local bus service, which made getting around really easy. Sadly, even Lisa couldn’t do anything about the Scottish weather—it rained for most of the weekend!

The bus into town is only a couple of stops away. You could easily walk if you wanted to, but be prepared to tackle “Cardiac Hill”—and it definitely lives up to its name! We took the bus into town and visited the museum. It’s a beautiful little town with lots of references to William Wallace, which was fascinating to see.

With the weather keeping us indoors, we made the most of the stunning views from the campsite and even enjoyed a few games of Battleships. Despite the rain, we had a wonderful, relaxing weekend and would happily return. — at Clyde Valley Caravan Park Lanark.
