WHY WORK WITH US?
Recently, we’ve had more landlords getting in touch to discuss different options for the upcoming academic year, so we wanted to share a little more about how we work and what matters to us as an agency.
We’re a boutique student letting agency, and we’ve chosen to stay that way intentionally. By keeping our portfolio smaller, we can genuinely focus on each property, its long-term performance as an investment, and the experience tenants have living there.
We treat every property as if it were our own, meaning nothing gets ignored, maintenance is handled proactively, and marketing is reviewed annually to keep properties performing in a changing market.
We also recognised years ago that the student market had changed significantly. Expectations and standards are much higher than they once were, which is why we strongly believe schemes like LU Homes are incredibly important for student landlords today.
