Customer's broken locking mechanism on door too old to find like for like replacement so had to make adjustments to door frame to accommodate new modern locking mechanism and one piece keep

Was asked to do a few small job's, washing line, coat rails, house number plate and bathroom cabinet. Not what I usually do but customer couldn't get anyone to do these small jobs.
She contacted me after seeing my post about putting up shower rail for customer who I had done some window repairs for and will consider other small DIY work.

Customer's hinges were not closing properly, had gap at back and espag rod had failed. Replaced both with 1 year guarantee.
She also asked if I knew anyone who could put a shower rail up for her so I did that too.
