Over the years we have seen how Site Management and Contractors are pressurised into completing dwellings as quickly as possible, increased speed equals a reduction in quality. This inevitably means there will be areas of your new home that have been completed to a less than satisfactory standard or more worryingly breaching NHBC building standards which will be costly to fix if not rectified by the builder early enough. Our team here at MPI will survey your property and provide a comprehensive and detailed photographic report within 72 hours of your inspection.
