🎉👏St Cuthbert's Way in the Scottish Borders named in the top Best in Travel destinations by Lonely Planet!

While we are not directly on the path which traces the physical and spiritual landscape of his life ( and the path of his remains) we are next to where the whole story starts! Our wee Kirk in Oxton - Channelkirk - and the land nearby is thought to be where St Cuthbert was a Shepherd and had his vision of Saint Aidan. There is a new walk that links this area to the St Cuthbert's way.
