🏌️‍♂️Last Thursday saw the first of our two meetings this April at Leamington & County for a Fore Business networking event. A great turnout form 18 business owners to enjoy the great weather and course conditions.
With some highly beneficial early networking enjoying the coffee and bacon rolls we then ventured onto the course.

March saw a great turn out at Fore Business Leamington & County Golf Club. With a fabulous turnout of 23 business owners.
After early coffee & Bacon Rolls, a good deal of networking and banter. We ventured out to do battle with the course.

We had 3 new members enjoying the sunshine- Graham Nicol (NCL Wealth Partners), Harry McDermott (Jones Hargreaves) , Phil Sanger (Grey Wolf IP) & Rob Castleman (ZestTech)

James Godfrey (Lease Loop) one of our Regional Ambassadors also joined the group, to update us on the National/International network and upcoming events we have, including National Pairs, North v South and The UK versus Spain, Great opportunities and times ahead.

As households across the country dust off their trusted gingerbread house recipes, we’ve taken a peek at what UK housebuilders have been baking up over the past year.
Just over 200,000 new homes were built in the 12 months to the end of Q3 2025, representing a 4.8% dip compared with the previous year.
However, there were brighter notes in the latest quarter, with 52,548 new homes registered in Q3 2025, a 3.5% rise on Q3 2024.
And much like a perfectly decorated gingerbread house, new-build homes remain firmly on many wish lists: nearly half (48%) of homebuyers in 2024 expressed a desire to purchase a new build property – a 21% increase in those who wanted to buy a new build in 2022 and 2023.
