Rental Demand = (781/2021)*100 = 38.64%

c. Calculate Total Let Agreed Properties= Total properties listed - Available properties

In this example,
Total Listed Properties = 2021
Total Available Properties = 1240
Total Let Agreed = 2021-1240 = 781
