Tips to sell your property.

1. Give the property a good clean.
2. Declutter personal items to give the feeling of more space.
3. Give some consideration to the kerb appeal of the property including tidying up the garden.
4. De-personalise the property as much as possible so people can imagine themselves living in it.
5. Have paperwork out of sight. Glossy magazines never have paperwork on show even in their workspaces. It's deliberate.
6. Fix anything which needs repairing.
It's unlikely to be worth putting in a very expensive kitchen or bathroom in in order to sell a house but the rest can usually be done fairly cheaply.
