WE’RE BACK!!!!

It has been a while since we last uploaded to this page however we have still been working hard behind the scenes to continue the progress with the project !

A lot has happened since our last update including changes to the design of the new bungalow, getting plans approved & meeting with many different contractors to build the best team to help us with this project💫

Finally we can share that work has commenced on the ground works which is already starting to take shape … more updates to follow 👀

In regards to the renovation of the bungalow, we are so happy with the completion of this part of the project and we will definitely be sharing more of this very soon🤩

But for now we can’t wait to share the next stages of this project & document the process of something that has been in the works for a long time now and is finally starting to put the plans into action💥

Another amazing job done by one of our contractors🔥

Big shoutout to David at Blinds by Brewis for doing a fantastic job at fitting these blinds into the bungalow⚡️

All these finishing touches are really giving a new life to this property and it is so exciting to witness everything that is getting done💥

It’s been a while but we are back to sharing the progress we are making on the bungalow🙏🏻

We may be a month and bit into the year but it has been a busy time for this project continuing to make updates to the interior and exterior of the house⚡️

Lots of work been going into improving the outside areas and this is just a little insight into what we’ve been getting up 👏🏻 (scroll for more before & afters of some of the work we’ve done)

Content is a little slow at the moment as we are meeting with and waiting on contractors to help us update the interior of the bungalow with new flooring, blinds, etc, but you hopefully see it ramping up in the near future as we get going with bigger improvements and updates🤞🏻

Haven’t been as active recently due to being busy at the bungalow doing various work⚡️

There are no major updates to show but we have been making lots of small improvements to the property including deep cleaning, getting in a plumber & joiner, meetings with the architect and soon we will be ready for our decorator🙌🏻

The main update and exciting change is our new company work wear repping the Hamers Homes logo🤩

The outbuildings are officially gone and the blueprints for the house have been dug out in preparation as we await the final drawings and designs before we proceed with the footings🙏🏻
