Come rain or shine our Phase 2 construction team at our Prospect View development are powering ahead to keep to our completion dates.

Over the past few weeks the roof trusses have gone up, felt and lath complete, the chimneys have been pointed and tiling on the roof is about to commence. The stud walls are in place, acoustic insulation is being installed and the windows, composite doors and bifolds are currently being installed. Next week our bathroom furniture and kitchens arrive and installation in these areas commence.

The Phase 2 plots are taking shape and it wont be long before the plots start looking more like homes.

The stunning views of Wortley can be appreciated on this beautiful day on site. Our team have been working hard and the roof trusses and Dorma have now been formed. The felt, lath and tiling to follow.

Our Prospect View development on Fawcett Lane in Wortley was erected in 2019, when the former 'Prospect House Childrens Home' was demolished to create residential homes.

The 136-year-old Prospect House building was demolished after it had fallen into a derilict and dangerous state of repair.

Fawcett Lane offers stunning views and was a perfect location for our Prospect View residential development.

Phase 1 completed last November, with a further Phase 2 four bedroom homes currently under construction due to complete in November 2022.

Eco Home Developments use Ecoblockcrete Limited environmentally friendly concrete products in our retaining wall, foundations and paving at our residential new build developments.

Ecoblockcrete's plastic into concrete technology saves a whopping 88.5 kg of carbon dioxide per tonne of concrete poured!

Progression at out Fawcett Lane development as Phase 2 roof trusses go up on Plots 5 and 6.

Once the roof trusses are in place the felt, lat and tiling will commence. Followed by first fix electrics, plaster and rendering and install of windows and doors.

Estimated completion on the three Phase 2 plots is end October/ November 2022.

Our Phase 1 and 2 Fawcett Lane new build homes perfectly captured on this beautiful drone footage taken on site recently. This drone footage captures the expansive views of Leeds and Wortley which our Phase 1 buyers fell in love with from day one.

The four Phase 1 plots completed last November and a further three, Phase 2 plots, are currently under construction with completion set for late October/ early November 2022.
