The flat is full of character, features a hand-built kitchen, is well insulated and has large windows in the front and rear. There is gorgeous light on both sides, central heating, instant hot water and very fast wifi broadband. 1 extra guest is allowed for up to 3 nights.

20-25 minutes walk to Leeds City Centre. Two major bus routes to Leeds City centre close by. Two supermarkets and local amenities 10 minute walk away. Lots of green space within 5 minutes walk.
We are Chris, Emlyn and Rita the cat, we live on the ground and middle floors. Chris works from home 4 days per week in a dedicated treatment room on the ground floor and Emlyn works from home 2 days per week on the middle floor.
Check in time can be discussed and will depend on the day, standard check out by 12pm.
