Another throwback, this time to Providence House, Collingham.

An exceptional, completely bespoke home that went on to become one of our most highly recognised individual properties.

Providence House was a multi-award-winning home, achieving both Regional and National Winner for Best Individual Property at the Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards, as well as winning the Regional Award at the LABC Building Excellence Awards.

What made this project even more special was that it was for a returning Park Lane Homes client, who had already lived in one of our homes for the previous 13 years before choosing us once again to create their next home.

A fantastic example of the bespoke homes we have been proud to create across Yorkshire over the years.

🏡 Handover Day at Plot 2, Granby Farm Grove! 🔑

Today was a very special day as we handed over the keys to our wonderful clients’ brand-new home.

After a long journey in temporary accommodation while searching for the right place to call home, they’re finally ready to begin an exciting new chapter. This weekend, they’ll be moving in and turning this beautiful house into a home filled with love, laughter, and lasting memories.

🎥 Granby Farm Grove, Harrogate – Complete

We’re delighted to share our latest drone footage showcasing the completed Granby Farm Grove development in the heart of HG1, Harrogate.

We’re incredibly proud of the finished result. From the outset, our vision was to create a small collection of high-quality homes that complemented their surroundings, and we believe the development sits beautifully within this outstanding central Harrogate setting.

Every detail has been carefully considered, combining contemporary design with quality craftsmanship to deliver homes that enhance the local streetscape while providing exceptional places to live.

We had a visit last week from Premier Guarantee, who provide all of our new homes warranties.

We’re delighted to share that we have been awarded a Quality Recognition Award for Granby Farm Grove, Harrogate.

We are thrilled to receive this award, especially at such an early stage and prior to the development being fully completed. It’s a fantastic endorsement of the standards being achieved on site.

This marks the first stage of the Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards process, and we’re hopeful we’ll continue to progress through the next stages.
