Works progressing well on site in Collingham, Leeds on a new contemporary side extension to a Victorian villa with BOWE Developments Ltd. Set in a conservation area the design needed to take account of the stricter constraints associated with them.

Full refurbishment and remodel of an existing house. The externals are fully clad in larch with a new roof and windows throughout. Internally the layout was adapted to make the most of the surrounding views which are spectacular!

Planning approval granted for the remodel and extension of an existing 1970's dormer bungalow in Horsforth, Leeds. Proposals include the creation of a large kitchen / living / dining area to the rear, new sympathetic dormer windows and the introduction of vertical black cladding of the upper floor to create a contemporary family house.

Looking forward to work starting on site next month in Fulneck, Pudsey. Stone end terrace which is suffering from significant structural issues requires part demolition and rebuild.
