Cut out and replaced all of the rotten decayed timber. Filled and sanded back the whole bay window and jambs. Two coats of Zinsser undercoat and sealer and two coats of white external gloss.

Ripped up the existing front driveway. Terrace built, Dolomite white porcelain laid to the terrace and pathway. Black porcelain cladded to the terrace and under build for the contrast wanted. Finished with grey block sets around the perimeter and black ice gravel to top 😍
