Loft locked door to room. Small deposit keyed box.
WiFi. Kettol. Microwave. Smart tv. Sofa. Double bed. Fridge freezer.
Important please note not high ceiling .
2 windows that open. Looking to have 2 more fitted.
Shared bathroom with another toilet in utility.
Street parking
A min to top of street where busses are with a great bus route . 20 mins by bus into leeds Center .
Straight onto orbital driving route . Not far from A64 to York ect .
Or into m1.
Shared kitchen although we don’t cook much at all.
Nice private small garden fully high fence and gated. Electric and lights in garden, so lovely to sit out.
Must be working full time .
Must speak excellent English (we need good communication) .

No pets
No smoking
£450 per month.
£900 to move in as 1 months rent is returned after your stay as becomes a bond ,
