Christmas time may be over, but the season of goodwill is here to stay!🎄

Whilst the rest of us embrace the chilly winds, flood warnings, and snowfall (fingers crossed) that winter brings, team TPBC’s beloved elves, Roofus and Elvis, have gone back to the North Pole after another successful year of filling our office with joy.

Those of you who are familiar with us will already know our two little friends well, as they are notorious for their festive antics and boundless spirits.

This year, Roofus and Elvis took their commitment to new heights, spreading joy throughout the office and the wider community. They’ve been instrumental in enhancing our office culture, supporting local and national charities, and sharing love throughout West Yorkshire.

Our ‘Twelve Days of Christmas’ campaign aimed to gather monetary and food donations. Highlights include our Christmas Jumper Day and the Christmas Harvest, which collectively contributed to a significant donation to Homeless Not Hopeless.

According to the UK House Price Update, from the Office for National Statistics, in February 2023, the average UK house price stood at £288,000 which is 5.5% higher than the year before.
The average UK house price saw signs of slowing from January with a decline of 6.5%. Over the last year; England has seen the average house price increase by 6%, Wales saw an increase of 6.4%, Scotland saw an increase of 1% and Northern Ireland saw an increase of 10.2%.

- You could sell privately and work with the buyer of your property, or another party, to move into a new property on completion of yours.
- Or you could consider renting, this would allow you to sell and buy a property and then rent in temporary accommodation until you can move into the new property.
- You could also sell with an estate agent, as they will be able to help you make sure the completion date of your current property is as close to the new one as possible.

But, part exchanges do come with their own risks and rewards:
PROs: A part exchange has no estate agent fees. You will avoid property chains. You will get a brand new property.
CONs: It can be difficult to secure a mortgage. You are limited in the choice of property.
