Making property access easier 🔑

Installed a key safe today at a property where there were no suitable wall surfaces available, so a discreet position on a solid timber fence post at the rear of the property was chosen instead.

I was doing a “view on my behalf” viewing today for an investor and a car pulled up outside.
A lovely elderly lady sat looking at the house, and I went over for a chat.

She told me she’d lived there for over 50 years and had to move into a care home as she can’t manage by herself anymore.
A lovely couple had driven her across to see her bungalow one last time. 💛

It really got me.
We see houses every day… but sometimes you’re reminded they aren’t just bricks and mortar — they’re memories and chapters of someone’s life.

First job of the day and already tugging on the heart strings.
