75 Hotter, completed it ✅
For the past 2 years I have done 75 hard. This year, I wanted to focus on something slightly different and so I created my own rules.
On January 5th, I decided to start my 75 hotter challenge. This meant only eating clean, working out 2x a day for 5 days and once on a weekend, growing in my faith, working on my business, focusing on my mental and physical health.
This year, I found it so tough! But yesterday was the final day and 75 days later, I’ve finally finished!
I think it is so so important for detoxes like these. Not only has it made me think really carefully about what I’m putting into my body, but also how I treat myself. Words I say to myself, neglecting self care etc. It has also made me feel extremely grateful for the life I have, even if I’m not where I want to be.
Although the 75 days are over, I want to continue my year like this (maybe with a few chocolate bars and bags of crisps😂). I cannot progress in my business if I am not the very best version of myself.
Some things that I have done in the past 75 days that I am proud of:
💗attended church every Sunday
💗sponsored a child in Africa
💗drank 3L of water a day and thought carefully about how I fuel my body
💗no alcohol, takeaways or unhealthy snacks
💗set solid foundations in my joint business venture
💗invested in helping myself feel good (my skin has been having a negative impact on me recently and so I’ve invested in a better skincare routine)
You might recognise that other than setting some foundations, none of my biggest takeaways from 75 hotter are business related. I really do think it’s so important to look after the person behind the business before the business itself.
Here’s to the rest of 2026 🥂
