A quick note about our recent house share advert!

We wanted to offer a bit of context regarding why our current advert is for an all-female house share.

When the property first went live, it was open to any tenant looking for a high-quality, luxury house share—regardless of gender. It just so happened that the first four tenants who moved in were all female, and over time they created a friendly, relaxed and welcoming environment together.

Recently, two of those tenants relocated, and we’re now looking to fill the available rooms. The two remaining tenants—both truly wonderful individuals—have expressed that they’d feel most comfortable continuing in an all-female household.

As landlords, we respect and support their wishes. Our goal is always to ensure the wellbeing and comfort of our tenants, and maintaining the current atmosphere of the home is part of that.

We are fully aware of the legislation regarding gender discrimination and take it seriously. This decision is based solely on maintaining a harmonious home environment for the tenants who already live there.
